MorganFranklin Consulting, a national management and technology consulting firm, has promoted Jeffrey Henry to president.
Based in the firm’s McLean, VA headquarters, Henry will be responsible for driving growth, client satisfaction, talent development, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
He succeeds Chris Mann, who will transition to the role of senior advisory partner and will focus on developing client relationships and supporting key people-related initiatives.
“Jeff embodies the spirit of our organization and will be able to guide our clients into the future as a strategic partner from start to finish,” said Brian Waller, CEO and co-founder of Vaco Holdings, MorganFranklin’s parent company. “Thank you to Chris for leading MorganFranklin Consulting to remarkable milestones and always ensuring the successful development of our staff. I’m looking forward to working with Jeff and Chris in their new roles to drive the long-term success of the firm.”
Henry has 15 years of management consulting experience and has been at MorganFranklin since 2013, joining the firm as a senior consultant. He was named a partner in 2019 and has led the financial services practice through seven years of over 20% growth.
Henry has advised on more than $100 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and carveouts primarily in banking and fintech.
Before joining MorganFranklin, he was an associate at Booz Allen, where he worked on projects in financial modeling, strategy development, and quality management.
Henry has an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Clemson University.
“We’re living in a time where geopolitical shifts, evolving economic environments, supply chain dynamics, and opportunities for growth—whether through acquisitions or the potential to go public—can shape the trajectory of a business at any time,” Henry said. “I look forward to helping to bring this firm into the future alongside proven leaders like Chris Mann, Ron Morgan, and the managing partners from whom I’ve learned many valuable lessons.”
Founded in 1998, MorganFranklin provides consulting in technical accounting, financial transformation and reporting, M&A preparedness and integration, risk advisory, supply chain, and implementation of enterprise and cloud applications. The firm has more than 650 employees across eight US offices.
